To secure the flights, hotels, and activities, your prompt feedback (within 24-48 hours) is key. Trust me to handle the logistics and you prepare for your holiday.
Q. Why Travel Insurance?
Your journey is an investment. The world can be unpredictable due natural disasters, health issues, or political instability. Travel insurance acts as a safety net, protecting you financially from unexpected events like missed connections or trip cancellations. To safeguard your investment, the premium is due with your initial deposit. While optional, I strongly recommend it for financial security; declining coverage requires a waiver acknowledging your choice.
Q. Can I make changes to my itinerary?
A. Absolutely! Flexibility plays an important role in crafting your perfect trip. The Design Fee covers three complimentary rounds of revisions prior to deposit. However, once the deposit has been made, changes become a bit more difficult and may require additional fees by the suppliers.
Q. What if I need to cancel?
A. Life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly.
If you need to cancel your trip after a deposit or full payment, cancellation fees may apply. These fees vary depending on the specific travel providers and partners involved. To ensure
clarity, a detailed cancellation policy will be found in the Terms and Conditions.
